There have been some very interesting fashion trends lately…the romper for guys, “fake mud” jeans, clear plastic jeans, jeans with a clear knee patches, and now, detachable jeans.

Y Project created this interesting piece of clothing where you can unhook the leg part of the pants just under your crotch, and the jeans transform into some very, very short shorts.

But don’t you think they look a little like denim undies??

The pants are called the ‘cutout transformer cotton denim jean’ and they’re not cheap. They’re listed online for £341 which is about $600 Canadian! If you’re interested you can find the jeans on the Opening Ceremony website.
